Access Financial Incentives for Grocery Stores
The Food Retail Expansion to Support Health (FRESH) Program gives financial incentives, such as land and building tax abatement, sales and use tax exemptions and mortgage recording tax exemptions, to grocery store operators renovating existing retail space or developers seeking to construct or renovate retail space that will be leased by a full-line grocery store operator.
