Starting this September, the Lippman Plaza will be transformed into Flushing Outdoor Minimart, a community space for all managed by the Flushing BID. The Flushing Outdoor Minimart will run from 11am to 5pm every Friday, offering 8 outdoor vending spaces free of charge to the businesses in downtown Flushing. The plaza will also serve as an open stage for local artists to showcase their talents.

法拉盛商改区与纽约市交通局合作,将从今年 9 月初开始,推出法拉盛户外淘宝市场,便利法拉盛的小商家们在固定的户外地点摆摊,促进经营。法拉盛户外淘宝市场将每周举办一次,于每周五的早上 11 点至下午 5 点,在位于罗斯福街和 39th Ave 之间的行人广场 Lippmann Plaza 举行。每期淘宝市场将设立 7 至 8 个摊位,摊位的长宽均为 10 英尺,免费提供给位于商改区内的商家进行户外摆摊经营。同时,欢迎文化演出及艺术机构报名申请免费摊位,可在每周一次的淘宝市场上,进行现场演出或展示艺术创作成品。
